Add olive oil in your cooking. It may help to reduce arthritis symptoms. I’m using Pompeian Robust cold pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil which is compared to most of the readily available major brands in supermarkets.

Dairy Products

Calcium and Vitamin D strengthens bones and strong bones may improve painful symptoms. Calcium is crucial to keep your bone healthy. Vitamin D helps your body to absorb calcium.[3] 

Milk, yogurt, and cheese are the source of vitamin D. Try to add any of these on your dinner plate.

Whole Grain
