Preparation:

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a large cast-iron skillet.
  3. Add fish to the pan.
  4. Mix salt and pepper on top of the one side of the fish for seasoning.
  5. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes and wait until it is browned on one side.
  6. Turn over the side of the fish and season this side with salt and pepper.
  7. Remove the pan from heat and put it in the oven.

  6. Flip with tongs.

  3. Cut the center of each piece of bread using a cookie cutter as per your desired shape.
  4. Mix the remaining butter on one side of each piece of bread including the cutout pieces.

  • Salmon Fillets (skin and bones are removed)-6

  • Spaghetti- 1 lb. prepare as per the package instruction

Preparation:

  1. Mix beef with breadcrumbs, parsley, parmesan, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper flakes in a large bowl. Make 16 balls with the mixture.
  2. Preheat a medium pot with medium heat.
  3. Add 1 tbsp. oil.
  4. Cook the balls for 10 minutes. Let the balls be browned and boiled.
  5. Now keep the balls on a plate.
  6. Add the rest quantity of olive oil, onion. Combine bay leaf and tomatoes. Add salt and pepper. Bring it to simmer
  7. Now add the meatball into the pot and cook for 8-10 minutes and wait until the sauce is thickened.
  8. Your dish is ready now.
  9. You can serve pasta with meatball and sauce.

  2. Add 1 ½ cups water, butter, and ½ salt in a saucepan and bring to simmer over medium-high heat.
  3. Stir in couscous after removing from heat and let stand, covered for five minutes.
  4. Now fluff the couscous with a fork, mix in the dill and cover then set aside.
  5. Meanwhile, toss the chicken, tomatoes, lemon zest and juice, olive oil, salt 1 tsp., oregano, and ½ teaspoon pepper on a rimmed baking sheet.

  5. Mix white wine, mustard, and flour. Bring to simmer and cook for about 2 minutes.
  6. Mix beef broth, mushrooms, carrots, and celery.
  7. Cover the pressure cooker with its cover and bring it to high pressure over medium heat.
  8. Cook for 18 minutes.
  9. Remove from heat and open carefully releasing the air.

  • Medium Asparagus, woody stems trimmed, sliced into 1 inch pieces-2 bunches.
  • Thinly sliced of white and green parts of scallions -1 bunch
  • Brown or White Rice

Preparation:

  1. Freeze the chicken for 20 to 30 minutes.
  2. Slice thinly against the grain to strips
  3. Mix half the garlic and ginger, soy sauce, sugar, 1 tsp. of cornstarch, 1tsp. of salt, and sherry with the chicken in a bowl.
  4. Add 1 tbsp. of oil in a large nonstick skillet and heat over high heat.
  5. Add asparagus, scallions, remaining garlic, ginger, ¼ cup of water, 1/4 salt.
  6. Needs to stir-fry until the asparagus is bright green but crisp. Need to cook for about 3 minutes.
  7. Keep in a bowl.
  8. Heat the skillet again. Let it be very hot.
  9. Add the rest quantity of olive oil.
  10. Add the chicken and stir fry for 3 minutes. Wait until the chicken loses its color and will be a little brown.
  11. Add the asparagus and mix to heat through.
  12. Stir in the reserved cornstarch mixture and bring to a full boil. It will be thickened.
  13. Now your dinner is ready to enjoy.
